Special Terms and Conditions for Bonuses and Promotions

(A) Special Offers Terms and Conditions - general

The Special Offers Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions. In the case that there is anything not explicitly stated in these terms, then the General Terms and Conditions apply as the prevailing set of terms.

(1) Special offers will be made available subject to the following terms and conditions, as well as to the specific terms and conditions contained in the following sections relative to each offer.

Every Bonus is valid for a certain promotional period, and must be used within the applicable period. If the Bonus is not used, it will expire;
A qualifying action may be requested, for example a deposit, from a customer in order to credit a Bonus or FreeBet;
Customers can view their active Bonus in the Bonus section of their account page. There they can find details about the currently active Bonus offer, as well as other Bonuses (cancelled or expired), including the expiration date, wagering requirements, and the remaining wagering needed to convert Bonus funds into withdrawable funds;
Only one offer may be activated at any given time;
By claiming a Bonus offer, customer effectively accepts its terms and conditions;
All available Bonus amounts can be initially only wagered and never withdrawn and are thus made available in the customer's account balance in the form of a Bonus balance, including any value of bets placed with the associated Bonus funds and any inherent winnings;
Bonus funds can be used on Sportsbook and Slots but cannot be withdrawn. Once you meet the wagering requirements, they convert to realmoney funds, which you can withdraw;
To convert bonus funds into real money in the account balance, the offer's wagering requirements must first be met.
If an offer expires and its wagering requirements have not been fulfilled, the Bonus amount will be removed from customer's account, together with any winnings associated with the bets placed with the use of the available Bonus balance;
Any withdrawal requests before fulfillment of the wagering requirements will not be processed and will result in the effective cancellation of all related Bonus funds from customer's account balance. In all cases, only one bonus is permitted per customer, account, household, payment method, mobile device (smartphone/tablet), shared computer (e.g., university, workplace, internet café), IP address, and payment account;
Any Bonus linked to the deposits shall be valid only for deposits using the payment methods offered by Starlet. Starlet may restrict certain payment channels in promotions or organize exclusive campaigns for specific payment channels;
The total Bonus that a member may be entitled to receive within a calendar year may be capped as directed by the regulator;
Offers may be valid for specific leagues or matches;
Offers may be restricted to specific bets, bets that meet minimum odds requirements, or bets that include a minimum number of selections;
Offers are not valid on system bets and long-term bets.
If a Bonus offer has been activated and Bonus balance is available, funds will be used in the following order, when placing bets:
Bonus funds
Real-money Funds

(2) The following rules apply to the wagering of Bonus funds, regardless of any participation conditions such as minimum odds:-

A stake counts toward the Bonus turnover if the odds of the bet exceed the minimum odds defined separately for each Bonus offer;
If a stake is refunded due to a cancelled or void event, it will not count toward the wagering or Bonus requirements;
Multiple bets placed on the same event will not count towards the wagering requirements;
Bet slips with cash out will not count towards the wagering requirements;
If two or more bets are placed on the same sports event, only the stake submitted on the first bet can be credited towards the minimum turnover.
System bets and long-term bets are not valid for wagering requirements.
The wagering requirements must be met within the number of days specified for each Bonus offer. If the conditions are not met within this period, all Bonus funds related to the offer will be removed, while the remaining real money will be released;
Only bets placed after the Bonus is available will count towards the wagering requirements. This applies particularly in cases where a Bonus is not credited immediately after the deposit but is added later (manually);
Only up to the value of the granted Bonus per bet will be considered toward the wagering requirements.

(3) Any misuse of a Bonus shall be deemed a breach of the Bonus terms and conditions and includes, but is not limited to, the following scenarios:

If a Bonus has been claimed by the same person on multiple occasions, or using the same IP address, or from the same terminal;
If bets are placed that guarantee a Bonus win for an individual or a group, regardless of the outcome (so-called "sure bets");
If there is any suspicion of organized use of the Bonus offer;
If they have obtained a promotion offer by trickery or fraud.

If a customer has self-excluded or has been excluded from betting, no Bonus will be credited to their account.

If there is any suspicion that a condition of any offer has been violated or if there is any suspicion of Bonus misuse, Starlet reserves the right to demand the return of the Bonus, to correct or cancel bets placed, to refuse payout requests and to close accounts.

(B) Special Terms and Conditions for Online Sports Betting

(1) Sports Betting Welcome (First Deposit) Bonus

To claim the Sports Betting Welcome Bonus, you should select the campaign on the deposit page when making your first deposit. The Bonus will be activated directly in your customer account, but the Bonus amount will only become available once the wagering requirements are met.
The Welcome Bonus offer is valid once per new customer for the first deposit made into a new account at Starlet.
The Welcome Bonus offer is valid on all payment methods offered by Starlet.
To count towards the wagering requirements, the bet slip must meet the minimum criteria set by Starlet, unless stated otherwise. If the criteria are not met, the stake will automatically be placed using real money funds.
The offer amount (deposit + Bonus) must be wagered a specific number of times on sports bets within certain days of activation in order to convert it into real money credit. If the tied credit is not successfully wagered within the wagering period, the tied credit including any winnings generated from it will expire. Example: A customer deposits €100 and receives an additional €10 as a welcome offer. If the wagering requirement is set at 5x, a total turnover of €50must be reached before any withdrawal can be made. Any withdrawal request made before completing the wagering requirements will lead to the automatic and irreversible removal of the Bonus, any related offers, and any winnings obtained through them. The wagering requirement is based on settled bets, not on placed bets. Multiple bets placed on the same event will not count towards the wagering requirements.
The payout conditions must be met within a certain period starting with the exact time the offer is posted, for example: If the customer has received the offer at 12:00 on 01/03, they will have until 11:59 CET on 31/03 to meet the requirements. If this is not the case, Starlet reserves the right to cancel the offer amount and all resulting winnings.
When a customer has a deposit offer available, the Bonus must be selected at the time of deposit. It is not possible to link a Bonus offer to a deposit that has already been made. Available Bonus offers are displayed during the deposit process.
The deposit offer is only valid within the designated promotion period and only for the customer account to which the associated email, account message, SMS, push message or pop-up was sent and only for customers with verified residence.
The offer is not valid for multiple bets on the same match. Cancelled or void bets, bets on cancelled events, and bets on participants who did not take part are excluded from the calculation of wagering requirements.
As certain betting markets may be excluded from the wagering requirements, bets placed on them will not count toward the required turnover.
Starlet reserves the right not to provide an offer to the customer or to withdraw customer's participation in a promotion, if it is determined that the customer is currently registered in the cross-provider OASIS player exclusion database operated by the Darmstadt Regional Council.

Starlet also reserves the right to cancel any Bonus at any time and to retain the full Bonus amount (including any winnings derived from Bonus activity) from any account deemed to be abusive under section (A)(3) above.

(2) Deposit Bonus for Sports Betting

To claim the Sports Deposit Bonus, you should select the campaign while depositing money on the deposit page. The Bonus will be activated directly in your customer account, but the Bonus amount will only become available once the wagering requirements are met.
The Deposit Bonus offer is valid on all payment methods offered by Starlet.

(3) Odds Boost

The Odds Boost feature allows Starlet to increase the odds for selected events or markets across various sports. Availability will be clearly displayed where applicable. Starlet does not guarantee that the Odds Boost feature will be offered for all events or markets.
Starlet reserves the right to make Odds Boost feature available or unavailable and to modify it if necessary.
The Odds Boost feature may or may not apply to bet slips that use any Bonus or FreeBet offers, depending on the Odds Boost offer.
Starlet will not be responsible if the Odds Boost option is unavailable due to technical reasons. In such cases, affected bets will remain valid as placed.
Starlet reserves the right to accept or decline any Odds Boost request for any sport, event, market, or bet type, even if the event appears eligible for Bet Builder.
Starlet's General Terms and Conditions apply to all bets placed using the Odds Boost feature.
The Cash Out option is not available for bets placed using the Odds Boost feature.
Customers may include multiple Odds Boost offers in their bet slips if permitted by the specific promotion. Some Odds Boost offers may not allow the combination of multiple Odds Boosts within the same bet slip.
Customers cannot use boosted and non-boosted odds from the same event or market in the same bet slip.
Bets placed with the Odds Boost feature are subject to the applicable maximum limits, including "maximum winnings," "maximum deposit," "maximum payout," and "maximum Odds Boost selection". These limits cannot be exceeded.
Any Odds Boost offer is also subject to Starlet's Special Terms and Conditions for Bonuses and Promotions.
Bets placed using Odds Boost do not count toward the wagering requirements of any other promotion offer.
The bets with boosted odds must be placed within the specified period, which is specified via email, account message or SMS. Unused odds boosts expire after this period. If no deadline is specified, the validity period is seven (7) days.
Starlet reserves the right not to provide an offer to the customer or to withdraw customer's participation in a promotion, if it is determined that the customer is currently registered in the cross-provider OASIS player exclusion database operated by the Darmstadt Regional Council.

(4) FreeBet

When a customer is being credited with a FreeBet, their real money balance remains unaffected.
To activate a FreeBet, the customer must select the corresponding option on the bet slip. Unless otherwise stated, FreeBets can be used on any league or match.
The FreeBet is only valid for single and combination bets, not for multiple single bets on a single bet slip. There may be an upper limit on the odds, such as 500.00. There might also be requirements for minimum odds and number of events.
Each FreeBet is valid only for the customer account to which the related email, account message, SMS, push notification, or pop-up was sent, and only for verified customers. Starlet may require an additional action (e.g., a deposit) before crediting a FreeBet.
FreeBets must be placed within the promotion period specified in the offer via email, account message or SMS. Unused FreeBets will expire after this period. If no deadline is stated, the validity period is seven (7) days.
Each FreeBet must be used in full on a single bet and cannot be split. It may not apply to bets with boosted odds. A Winnings Limit may apply to winnings derived from a FreeBet.
Example: A customer places a €10 bet (minimum odds 1.50) and receives a €10 FreeBet for another bet of their choice (minimum odds 1.50) as part of a promotion.
If a bet placed with a FreeBet wins, the customer receives the net winnings (total winnings minus the stake) as real-money or Bonus credit, as specified in the offer.
If an event is cancelled or a bet is settled as void, the FreeBet will be automatically refunded to the customer.
The FreeBet cannot be used if a bet has already been placed on another outcome of the same event.
Starlet reserves the right not to provide an offer to the customer or to withdraw customer's participation in a promotion, if it is determined that the customer is currently registered in the cross-provider OASIS player exclusion database operated by the Darmstadt Regional Council.
If a customer violates any of the above conditions or attempts to misuse FreeBets (e.g., through sure bet or other guaranteed-win strategies), Starlet reserves the right to cancel the FreeBet and void or reclaim any winnings obtained directly or indirectly from it.

(C) Special Terms and Conditions for Virtual Slot Machines

(1) Slots Welcome Bonus

To claim the Slots Welcome Bonus, the customer must select the campaign on the deposit page while making a deposit. The Bonus will be activated directly after the deposit in the customer's account. The Bonus amount may not be available until all wagering conditions are met.
The welcome offer is valid once per new customer for the first deposit into a new Starlet account.
The welcome offer is valid on all payment methods provided by Starlet.
The combined credit (deposit + Bonus) must be wagered a specified number of times on virtual slot games within the defined validity period to convert it into real-money credit. If the wagering requirements are not fulfilled within this period, both the Bonus and any winnings generated from it will expire. Any withdrawal request before completing the wagering requirements will automatically and irreversibly cancel the Bonus, any related offers, and associated winnings.
The wagering requirements must be met within certain days from the exact time the listing is posted, for example: customer received offer at 12:00 on 01/03, customer will have until 23:59 CET on 31/03 to meet the wagering requirements. If this is not the case, Starlet reserves the right to cancel the offer amount and all resulting winnings.
When customer has a deposit offer available, the offer must be selected directly at the time of deposit. It is not possible to link an offer to a deposit that has already been made. The different options available to customer will be shown once deposit is made.
The welcome offer is only valid within the designated promotion period and only for the customer account to which the associated email, account message, SMS, push message or pop-up was sent and only for customers with verified residence.
The welcome offer is only available to customers with verified residence.
If a Bonus round or a FreeSpin triggered with Bonus Money is paused before and resumed after the Bonus promotion ends, all winnings from it are void. Customers are strongly advised to complete and claim any Bonus-related winnings before expiry. Any bonus wins after expiry are invalid.
Cancelled rounds or spins that have been voided or cancelled for any reason will not count toward the wagering requirements.
Bonus bets over 1€ per spin are not allowed at Slots product and failure to comply with this rule may result in the Bonus being deactivated and all winnings removed

(2) Slots Deposit Bonus

With a Deposit Bonus, the customer receives a percentage of their deposit up to a stated maximum. This offer is valid only for virtual slot games. To claim it, the campaign must be selected on the deposit page while making a deposit. The Bonus is activated after the deposit in the customer account; the Bonus amount may remain unavailable until wagering conditions are met.
The combined credit (deposit + Bonus) must be wagered a specified number of times on virtual slot games within 30 days of activation to convert it into real-money credit. If wagering is not completed in time, the Bonus and any winnings from it expire. Any withdrawal request before completing the wagering requirements automatically and irrevocably cancels the Bonus, related offers, and associated winnings.
The offer must be selected at the time of deposit. It cannot be linked to a deposit that has already been made. Available options are shown during the deposit process.
The offer is available for a limited time after registration and only once per customer account to which the related email, account message, SMS, push message or pop-up was sent. It is only available to customers with verified residence.
Any Bonus rounds, Free Spins, or other win features triggered with Bonus funds are void if gameplay is paused and resumed after the Bonus campaign expires. Customers are strongly advised to complete and claim Bonus-related winnings before expiry.
Cancelled rounds or spins, or any bets voided for any reason, do not count toward the wagering requirements.
Bonus bets over €1 per spin are not permitted on Slots. Breach of this rule may result in Bonus deactivation and removal of all associated winnings.
Starlet reserves the right not to grant an offer or to withdraw participation if the customer is registered in the cross-operator OASIS player exclusion database operated by the Darmstadt Regional Council.

(3) Free Spins

Free spins are spins that can only be used on virtual Slot games. Free spins are either available immediately or may require a minimum deposit to activate. In addition, they may be restricted to specific Slot games. Unless otherwise stated in the offer, customers may select the game for their Free Spins from a provided list of available titles, which may vary from customer to customer. Once the free spins are accepted, the provided selection will remain unchanged, however the availability of games listed within it may vary over time depending on availability.
For example, if a customer accepts a Free Spin offer that initially includes 10 available Slots, but chooses to use the Free Spins at a later time, the number of available games may remain the same, although the specific titles listed may differ.
Free Spins can be activated by the customer within the limited period of a direct marketing promotion by opening a Slot game advertised in the promotion. If the customer fails to use the Free Spins within the given time, any remaining Free Spins and winnings derived from them will be forfeited.
The customer may choose whether or not to use the Free Spins. Starlet may also require a certain action (e.g. a deposit) from the customer in order to credit the Free Spins.
As part of a direct marketing promotion, each Free Spin is assigned a fixed bet amount (e.g. €0.10 per spin). Free Spins may be subject to specific wagering requirements.
Winnings obtained through Free Spins are credited as Bonus funds. Accordingly, they must be wagered a defined number of times on Slots within a certain time frame before being converted into real money funds.
The offer is available only once per customer account to which the corresponding email, account message, SMS, push notification, or pop-up was sent, and only for verified customers.
Starlet reserves the right not to provide the customer with an offer or to withdraw the customer's participation in a promotion if it is determined that the customer is currently registered in the cross-operator OASIS player exclusion database operated by the Darmstadt Regional Council.
If a customer violates any of the above terms or is found to be exploiting Free Spins to secure guaranteed winnings through opposing bets or other manipulative behavior, Starlet reserves the right to cancel the Free Spins and to deduct any resulting winnings directly or indirectly (including winnings derived from subsequent bets placed with Free Spin winnings). Starlet also reserves the right to withhold winnings arising from Bonus wagering if the customer has breached these terms.
