1. General Information

Thank you for choosing the games of chance services of STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED. Please read the following General Terms and Conditions (GTCs) carefully in order to benefit from our services. Participation to games of chance is only possible if you accept our GTCs!

1.1. These General Terms and Conditions ("GTCs" or "Agreement") govern the contractual relationship between STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as "STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED", "We" or "www.letsbet.de") and the Customer (hereinafter referred to as "Customer", "You" or "Player") regarding the use of the services. 1.2. STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED is a company established and registered under Maltese law. The Company is registered in the Malta Business Register with registration number C105787. As of 23.03.2026, STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED holds the required licenses as an organizer of virtual slot games and online sports betting authorized by the competent authorities in Germany and operates under the supervision of the Federal Gambling Authority (GGL). 1.3. In order to benefit from our games of chance offering, the player must accept these General Terms and Conditions, the specific rules regarding sports betting and virtual slot games, and the Confidentiality Policy in their versions effective at the relevant time. 1.4. STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED may modify these terms of the agreement from time to time. The change enters into force on the date it is published on the website. By continuing to use the website, service, or software of STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED, the Customer undertakes the obligation to accept the GTCs and current changes. If the Customer does not accept the changes made to the conditions, they cannot continue to benefit from the services offered on the website. In this case, the player account is closed and the existing balance, if any, is returned to the customer. The Customer is informed about the changes made to these General Terms and Conditions and/or the Confidentiality Policy upon their next login and is required to accept said change in order to continue using the services.

1.5. In the event of any discrepancy between the German version of the GTCs and a version in another language, the German text shall prevail. All language versions of the GTCs reflect the same principles.

1.6. STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED's offers are intended solely for adult players. It is strictly forbidden for minors to play, even under the supervision of a parent or another adult. In the event of a breach of this provision, STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED shall immediately close the account and reserves the right to withhold any potential winnings; it also reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against adults who allow a minor to play, if necessary.

1.7. Offers are intended solely for real persons. Company accounts are not accepted. Opening an account on behalf of or for the benefit of a third party is strictly forbidden.

1.8. In order to ensure compliance with legal regulations, it is not possible for persons included in UN, EU, or FATF sanction lists to register. STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED audits your data by comparing it against the relevant lists.

1.9. By registering and with each bet or participation in a game, you confirm the following that:

i. You have reached the age of 18;

ii. You are benefitting from the offer in your own name, for your own account, and solely for the intended purpose of personal use;

iii. Your legal capacity is not subject to any restrictions;

iv. Your close relatives or business partners do not fall under the scope of politically exposed persons ("PEP");

v. You are not included in any UN, EU, or FATF sanction list;

vi. You are not addicted to gambling and/or have not received treatment for problematic gaming behavior and/or are not registered in a central player exclusion system (e.g. OASIS);

vii. You have read, understood, and accepted these current General Terms and Conditions, including the specific Rules regarding sports betting and virtual slot games, as well as the Confidentiality Policy.

1.10. Unless otherwise stated, the given date and times are determined according to Central European Time (GMT+1).

1.11. STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED employees cannot benefit from the gambling offers on this website.

1.12. To facilitate reading, the simultaneous use of male, female, and other (m/f/o) articles and pronouns is avoided. All references to individuals apply equally to all genders.

2. Player Account

2.1. In order to enable online game participation, the customer opens a player account by filling out the registration form at www.letsbet.de. In this context, the customer is required to provide the following information, in particular, accurately and in full: gender, first name, surname, date of birth, maiden name, residential address, place of birth, email address, mobile phone number, nationality and bank account details.

2.2. The identity and personal data verification transaction we are obligated to perform is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the applicable gambling law and anti-money laundering legislation. In this context, STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED may request that you provide the relevant identification and creditworthiness documents and other necessary paperwork, and/or may make the opening of your account contingent upon your participation in the customer identification verification process. In addition, the identities of the depositor and the customer can be verified based on the payment data transmitted by payment service providers.

2.3. STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED cooperates with external service providers included in the Confidentiality Policy for the purpose of verifying the player's identity.

2.4. Verified bank account details are recorded as reference accounts in the player account.

2.5. Furthermore, we are obliged to make a comparison with the comprehensive player blocking system OASIS during registration and before every game participation. Players blocked and registered in OASIS cannot benefit from the gambling offer. No player account is opened on behalf of blocked players. You represent that you give your approval for your data (first name, last name, date of birth) to be transmitted to OASIS and compared via this system. Game participation is only possible if said approval is given.

2.6. The Gambling Authority of the Federal States (GGL), the competent regulatory authority for gambling supervision in Germany, operates LUGAS, the cross-operator gambling monitoring system established to supervise online gambling activities. LUGAS; consists of a central file for setting deposit limits (limit file), a central file for preventing parallel play (activity file), and an evaluation system (SafeServer). Depositing money or game participation requires your data to be transmitted to LUGAS. 2.7. Each customer can open only one player account on www.letsbet.de. It is not possible to transfer the balance in a player account to another account, or to transfer, sell, or purchase the account to/from another person.

2.8. The player has no right to open an account. STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED may reject customers and not open a player account without providing a reason.

2.9. If your identity verification cannot be completed during registration, a temporary player account with a 100 Euro limit may be opened until the information represented by you is verified. Your identity verification must be successfully completed within 72 hours of opening your account. Otherwise, we will be required to suspend your temporary player account until your identity has been verified. Winnings payments are only possible after the identity verification transaction is completed in full. If you are blocked in OASIS, it is not possible to open a temporary player account.

2.10. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that their registration information remains accurate and up to date and for updating their betting account with any necessary changes to their name, address, or email address. It is the player's responsibility to notify us immediately of any changes to their personal data. The updating of the customer's registration data by STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED is carried out in accordance with legal requirements and, in any case, at least once a year.

2.11. You can set an individual username and password when opening your player account. Following the opening of your player account, you are obligated to keep the username and password confidential.

2.12. For security reasons, a password must consist of at least eight (8) characters and must contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one digit, and one special character. We also recommend that you change your password at regular intervals. Every person who logs into the system by entering the correct username and password is accepted by us as the legitimate owner of the account. All transactions where the username and password are entered correctly are considered valid. STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any third party's access to a player's account and shall not be held responsible for any losses arising from the unauthorized use of a third party's access credentials.

3. Transactions

3.1. In order to play online games, you must first deposit money into your player account. After logging in with your username or e-mail address and password, you can perform an online deposit transaction by clicking on the "Deposit" option and following the instructions. This deposit transaction can be made free of charge via remittance to our bank account, deposit by credit card (VISA or Mastercard), or by using other payment services offered by us.

3.2. Online deposits may only be made from the reference account or from another payment account registered in the Customer's name. Other payment accounts are also recorded as reference accounts after STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED verifies that the relevant payment account is defined in the customer's name.

3.3. All deposit options available for the player account are listed on the deposit page. For each bank remittance, you must specify STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED as the beneficiary and include your username or email address in the payment reference field. For deposit transactions made via bank remittance, a transaction time of up to 5 business days should be anticipated within Europe. Worldwide, the transaction of remittance may take up to 10 business days.

3.4. The player account is held in EURO (€). STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED is not a financial entity. Deposited funds do not carry the qualification of a deposit, and no interest is accrued in these amounts.

3.5. STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED reserves the right to determine conditions regarding the use of certain payment methods. STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED also has the right to change existing payment methods without prior notice. We do not guarantee that all payment methods will be available at all times.

3.6. Deposit transactions made to the player account are recorded as a credit to the player account after the amount reaches STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED. The minimum deposit amount is ten (10) EURO, and the maximum deposit amount is determined within the framework of legal regulations and at the discretion of STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED and may be revised when required.

3.7. Deposit limits are determined personally by the player via the website in accordance with legal requirements.

3.8. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that, once a payment instruction has been duly executed, payments made by electronic payment methods cannot be cancelled, revoked, or reversed. Internationally accepted provisions regarding electronic payment traffic and applicable legislation are valid.

3.9. In order to place a bet, the customer must have accepted the current version of the GTCs and there must be sufficient balance in the player account.

3.10. A bet is considered accepted after it is processed in the gaming system by STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED and the relevant amount is deducted from the player account. In the event that a bet is accepted despite not being sufficient balance in the player account; in such a case occurring due to, for example, a technical error or delayed update of the customer balance, the bet in question is cancelled.

4. General Betting Rules (Sports Betting)

4.1. You can view all your confirmed bets in the "My Bets" section of your player account.

4.2. Agreements aimed at betting fraud, cooperation with other bettors, or the use of other dishonest methods aimed at obtaining unfair gain are prohibited. STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED reserves the right to deem bets null and void, put on hold or close betting accounts when required, and cancel granted bonuses and/or other discounts in case of detection of such suspicious situations. This situation applies to the repeated placement of the same bet by multiple customers, bets made in unusually high amounts, or other suspicious bets indicating dishonest behavior.

5. Payments and Winnings

5.1. Winnings are automatically credited to the player account. In some cases, the winnings notation may be postponed until the official final result is disclosed.

5.2. For Information regarding winnings calculation, winnings odds, and probabilities, we direct you to the relevant sections containing special rules regarding sports betting and virtual slot games. The results of all games and bets are shown to the customer in the player account.

5.3. Winnings are paid only to the person who opened the player account and, as a rule, to the account from which the deposit transaction was performed. Payments can only be made to the payment account (reference accounts) that the customer has registered with STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED. If the customer wishes to withdraw their winnings, they must select the Withdraw option in the player account and follow the instructions. As a rule, the payment is performed via bank remittance to the reference accounts showing the customer as the account holder. The customer also has the opportunity to give an instruction for automatic winnings withdrawals from a certain winning amount in the player account. For such automatic winnings payments, the minimum payment is EUR 200, at least to ensure that the transaction costs incurred are covered.

5.4. Payment methods and required Information are disclosed in the payment section of the website.

5.5. You can withdraw the balance in your player account in full or in part at any time. For this, all deposit transactions and winnings, if any, must be confirmed, and as a rule, all deposit transactions must have been used as a bet at least once. In the event that the player requests the partial or full withdrawal of their balance, the relevant amount is immediately deducted from the player account and becomes unavailable for further betting.

5.6. All transactions are monitored to prevent money laundering. STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED reserves the right to re-verify the customer's identity and confirm that the account to which the payments will be made is registered in the customer's name, even before the payments is made. For this purpose, the customer may be requested to submit documents and evidence. Any suspicious activity in the player account may lead to the freezing of the balance in the account, the player account being completely put on hold or closed, and the transmission of data regarding the person and the activity to the authorized authorities.

5.7. STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED reserves the right to conduct an examination of the customer's withdrawal request and to defer the payment until the disputed issues are clarified.

5.8. STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED acts in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements and, in particular, implements the necessary measures to safeguard the integrity of its offerings, fulfill its obligations under anti-money laundering legislation, and provide assistance to the German enforcement authorities in its capacity as a licensed operator. In this context, STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED reserves the right to suspend the payment of any related winnings where there are reasonable grounds to suspect betting or gaming manipulation, until a court or other competent authority has issued a binding determination that no such betting or gaming manipulation has occurred. STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED also has the right to cancel the relevant bets and refund the deposited amount.

5.9. We reserve the right to charge the Customer for any transaction fees incurred by us in connection with deposits, withdrawals, or erroneous payments. Such costs (including, for example, returned payment charges, cancellation fees, and bank transfer fees) shall be debited to the player account.

5.10. Winnings amounts are paid only in EURO. For some foreign betting markets, bets can be made in foreign currencies (e.g., HK$ / USA Dollars or British Pound). Bets made in foreign currency are converted to Euro at the daily exchange rate and are shown at the time the bet is placed.

6. Special Offers and Promotions

6.1. STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED may, from time to time, inform you about promotional campaigns or provide you with offers in connection with its services, provided that you meet the applicable eligibility criteria and to the extent permitted by applicable laws and administrative regulations. In all cases, the applicable promotional terms and conditions published in the Promotions section of the website or communicated to you by email (provided that you have given your consent to the processing of your personal data) shall apply. In case of conflict, the proposal conditions take precedence over these GTCs.

6.2. In general, the offer amounts granted are automatically credited to your player account. The payment of such offer amounts is only possible after all valid offer conditions have been met. In this regard, we recommend that you pay particular attention to the applicable promotional terms and conditions, including, without limitation, the promotion period, minimum wagering requirements, minimum odds requirements, and minimum deposit amounts.

7. Limits

7.1. STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED reserves the right to refuse bets where the total earnings exceed the limits determined by STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED for an event, or to reduce these bets accordingly so that the said limits are not exceeded.

7.2. STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED may set different earnings and/or payment limits based on risk for individual events or competitions.

7.3. STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED may also set limits for deposits or bets.

7.4. During registration, the customer is asked to specify an individual monthly deposit limit among providers, or to request that an already established individual monthly deposit limit among providers be retained without modification. In any case, the deposit limit applies on a calendar-month basis. In your player account, you can also set account-specific individual limits for deposits, bets and losses in order to control your gaming behavior. For such limits, you may choose periods of one (1) day, seven (7) days, or one month. If the limit set is reached within the selected period, you can no longer make deposits or place bets. The relevant settings may be configured online through your player account or by notifying Customer Support. Changes to reduce limits shall take effect immediately, whereas increases to such limits shall become effective only after a seven (7)-day waiting period, in accordance with the applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

8. Player Protection

8.1. STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED wants to ensure that its customers play chance games responsibly; however, we are also aware that playing chance games can make some people addicted and can negatively affect their lives. For this reason, we offer our customers various measures to help them play responsibly. These measures can be implemented by the customer through the website and include the following:

i. Individual deposit limits can be set by each customer in the account settings.

ii. Bet and loss limits can be set by the customer in the account settings.

iv. Exclusion via OASIS.

8.4. Your data is reported to OASIS and stored there. STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED will send you a confirmation email via your registered email address as soon as the gaming ban starts.

8.5. During the gaming ban period, you will continue to have limited access to your player account and may request the withdrawal of any withdrawable balance held in your account; however, you will not be permitted to make deposits or place any bets or wagers. During the gaming ban, you are not entitled to open a new player account.

8.6. After the minimum ban period has expired, you may request the authorized institution to lift the gaming ban. In this context, you may be required to prove that there is no longer any risk associated with chance games. This proof must be submitted to the authorized institution and does not have to be submitted to STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED.

8.7. We reserve the right to exclude you from our offers by means of a third-party ban if there are indications that you are exhibiting problematic gaming behavior, are at risk of chance game addiction, or are addicted to chance games. This ban is also reported to OASIS and stored there. You will be duly informed about the ban.

8.8. Upon registration, the Customer must set or confirm a cross-provider monthly deposit limit, unless a previously established cross-provider deposit limit already exists and is to remain in effect. As a rule, this monthly limit may not exceed EUR 1,000. In the concrete case, different amounts may be set by STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED.

8.9. In addition, STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED reserves the right to set individual limits for you if there are indications of risks relating to chance game addiction. You will be duly informed about the limits.

9. Tax Matters

When placing a bet, any applicable taxes or fees will be disclosed, particularly where you are liable for payment pursuant to Articles 17 et seq. or 37 et seq. of the Horse Racing and Lottery Act. Any assumption of tax shall be made only to the extent permitted under the GlüStV 2021.

10. Liability

10.1. STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED shall, notwithstanding the provisions set out below, be liable at a minimum in cases of willful misconduct and gross negligence, for the absence of guaranteed characteristics, for the fraudulent concealment of defects, for damage resulting in injury to life, body, or health, and under the provisions of the German Product Liability Act (ProdHaftG).
In cases of ordinary negligence, STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED shall also be liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). Essential contractual obligations are those obligations that are fundamental to the proper performance of the Agreement and upon the fulfilment of which the other party may reasonably rely. However, in such cases, liability shall be limited to foreseeable damage, unless one of the above-mentioned grounds giving rise to extended liability also applies. Foreseeable damage means damage that the provider should reasonably have anticipated as a possible consequence of a breach of its obligations arising from the contractual relationship, applying the standard of ordinary care.

10.2. The provisions of Article 8.1 shall apply to all claims for damages, irrespective of their legal basis, and shall also apply to the liability of STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED's agents, employees, and other persons engaged in the performance of its obligations.

10.3. Unless any of the circumstances set out in Article 8.1 applies, STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED's liability shall be limited as follows:

i. STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED shall not be liable for any damage resulting from excessive use of the account by the player or by third parties.

ii. In cases of ordinary negligence, liability for indirect damages, financial losses, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of interest, and indemnification for claims asserted against the player by third parties is excluded, provided that none of the circumstances set out in Article 8.1 applies. The liability of STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED and its agents engaged in the performance of its obligations shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We accept no liability for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, events of force majeure.

iii. STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED shall not be liable for any input, transmission, and/or evaluation errors. This also applies where incorrect information has been published on the Website. STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED reserves the right to correct manifest errors, including incorrect betting odds and errors in the evaluation of results, to reassess affected bets based on the corrected information, and/or to declare such bets void. This right shall survive the conclusion of the relevant event.

iv. STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED accepts no liability for maintaining the uninterrupted operation of the Website or its services, whether in whole or in part, nor for programming errors and/or the correction of such errors.

v. STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED shall not be liable for any failures or technical malfunctions arising from telephone networks or lines, computers, online systems, terminals, servers or service providers, hardware, software, technical problems, or internet delays affecting the Website or the services.

vi. STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or content of any communications, including, without limitation, notifications of results sent by email or SMS. Where appropriate, reference should be made to the specific rules governing sports betting and virtual slot games for further details.

vii. We make no representation or warranty that the Website and the associated servers are free from viruses or other harmful components that may adversely affect the Player's computer hardware and/or software. STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED also accepts no liability in relation to the functionality or malfunction of internet browsers. To ensure the proper transmission and operation of the Website at www.letsbet.de, we recommend using only the latest versions of internet browsers. However, no guarantee is given in this regard.

viii. STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED shall not be liable for any misuse of a Player's account resulting from the use of the Player's username and password by third parties. The Player is solely responsible for keeping the username and password confidential and securely stored, as all transactions carried out through the account requiring such credentials are attributed to the Player. Accordingly, we accept no liability for any losses suffered by the Player as a result of the use of the Player's account by third parties. STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED shall have no obligation to compensate the player for such losses and shall be held harmless in respect thereof.

ix. STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED shall not be liable for incorrect results arising from fictitious bets or fraudulent conduct. Where the outcome of a game has been affected by fraudulent conduct of a Player or any other unlawful interference, we reserve the right to correct the results retrospectively. Any payments made as a result of such error may be reclaimed from the Player.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1. All content, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos and symbols belong to STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED in relation to the relationship between the Parties and are protected by Law.

11.2. The Customer undertakes not to alter or remove any copyright notices or other statements regarding Intellectual Property Rights on materials received from STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED. Unless otherwise stated in these General Terms and Conditions, the Customer does not acquire any property right or any other right or license over the materials or contents of the website.

11.3. The images displayed on the Website are either owned by STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED or are used by STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED under a valid licence or with the appropriate authorization. The Customer undertakes not to download, publish, reproduce, or distribute any information, software, or other materials protected by copyright, personality rights, or other intellectual property rights without the prior written consent of STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED.

12. Protection Of Personal Data

12.1. STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED undertakes to protect the players' personal data. Personal data includes all Information relating to an identified or identifiable Person.

12.2. We use your personal data only in a manner compliant with the Confidentiality Policy (LINK).

13. Termination

13.1. Customers may close their player accounts at any time. In the event that the player wishes to close their account, an email sent to [email protected] is sufficient. The termination of the Agreement does not affect the accrued rights or obligations of the Parties up to the date of termination. If the reason for the player's account closure request is problematic gaming behavior that carries a mandatory nature, the player shall notify STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED of this situation. In this case, STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED creates a player ban record in OASIS.

13.2. STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED reserves the right to put on hold or close a player account at any time and to rectify, cancel, or declare transactions null and void at its own discretion. This right is specifically applicable in the following cases:

i. In the event that STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED concludes that the customer has breached the GTCs, the game rules, or other rules,

ii. In the event that STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED suffers tax, regulatory, and/or unfair financial loss due to the player's activities,

iii. In the event that STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED has reason to believe that a person's activities on the website are of a fraudulent, illegal, or unlawful nature. Fraudulent activities may include; credit card theft, cancellation of deposits, transfer of financial resources to third-party player accounts, use of financial resources obtained through unlawful means, falsification of data and documents, fraudulent agreements, use of the same IP address for multiple accounts, opening fake or multiple accounts with stolen and/or borrowed identities, and the use of unauthorized software tools such as bots.

13.3. STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED also reserves the right, in accordance with the principle of freedom of contract, to close Customer accounts.

14. Complaints and Disputes

14.1. In the event that you have a complaint or another matter, please contact customer service via email at [email protected] and explain your complaint in as much detail as possible, including your player account information. Our customer service representatives will respond to your complaint immediately. As a rule, complaints are answered via email to the email address from which the complaint was sent.

14.2. If you are not satisfied with the response to your complaint, The European Commission offers a platform for online Dispute Resolution (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

14.3. In all legal disputes related to this proposal, only Maltese law shall apply, excluding private international law and the UN Sales Law.
Mandatory consumer protection provisions in the country (Germany) where the customer has their habitual residence are excluded from this choice of law.

Special Rules Regarding Sports Betting

15. General Rules Regarding Sports Betting

15.1. In the following cases, a bet is considered null and void or the betting agreement is deemed to have been subsequently terminated by mutual consent, and as a legal consequence of this situation, the bet amount must be refunded to the betting customer:

15.1.1 where the betting event does not take place as specified in the odds schedule (for example, where the home advantage has changed), except where the home team plays the match as the home team at a different sporting venue for any reason,

i. where the bet is placed after the relevant betting event has actually commenced or is otherwise placed in violation of these rules. the time of conclusion of the betting agreement determined by STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED is binding for the betting customer,

ii. where a betting event is cancelled or does not take place, except in the following cases:

iii. a new date for the betting event has been scheduled, at the time of cancellation, within twenty-four (24) hours of the originally scheduled date; or

a) the betting event is replayed as a replacement event within the framework of a sporting tournament (e.g. World Championships, European Championships, national championships, the Olympic Games, tennis tournaments, etc.); or

b) the betting event is abandoned and immediately thereafter officially concluded without a replay. Accordingly, subsequent changes to the result or standings (for example, decisions awarded "by the green table" or other administrative decisions) shall not be taken into account.

iv. in the event that a tennis match ends with a "walkover" ("w.o.") or retirement, or

v. in the event that matches in the relevant sport are interrupted or cancelled.

vi. Where a betting event is abandoned and officially concluded immediately thereafter, the bet shall remain valid, and Article 13.1.1(iv) shall apply mutatis mutandis. A tennis match that ends with a "walkover" (w.o.) or retirement is considered not played; therefore, the deposited bet amount must be refunded.

15.1.2 In the evaluation of the betting result, the following rules specifically apply:

15.1.3 What is decisive are the results announced in the official media and press immediately after the betting event ends (for example, if the award ceremony takes place immediately after the betting event, the results at that ceremony shall be taken as the basis). It is not mandatory for the results of all sports events to be announced on www.letsbet.de.

i. In football and ice hockey matches, the result at the end of normal play period is decisive. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, additional periods such as extra time or penalty shootouts do not affect the betting agreement. The matters deemed to have been agreed under this rule are only those matters recorded in writing by www.letsbet.de for the relevant event or bet.

ii. When two or more competitions of the same type (for example, two giant slaloms) are held at the same venue, all bets placed before the start of the first event shall be deemed valid only for the first event, unless expressly agreed otherwise. The matters deemed to have been agreed under this rule are only those matters recorded in writing by www.letsbet.de for the relevant event or bet.

iii. In American football, basketball and baseball, the result including extra time is valid for all events and types, unless expressly agreed otherwise. The matters deemed to have been agreed under this rule are only those matters recorded in writing by www.letsbet.de for the relevant event or bet.

iv. In the event of a dead heat (i.e., where two or more participants finish in equal positions), the payments shall be divided accordingly (for example, where a stake of 100 is placed at odds of 1.80, the total payments would ordinarily be 180. If there are two winners, each winner shall receive 90; if there are three winners, each winner shall receive 60). Where a betting event involves only two participants (teams) (for example, in head-to-head betting) and no odds are offered for a draw, a dead heat shall not result in the payout being divided. Instead, the full stake shall be refunded to the Customer.

v. Where a betting event takes place in accordance with these General Rules on Sports Betting, the betting agreement shall remain valid even if a participant or team does not take part in the event (“play or pay" principle). In such circumstances, any bet placed on the non-participating participant or team shall be deemed a losing bet.

15.1.4 Combined Bet: If more than one betting event is combined (a "combined bet"), the following rules apply:

15.1.5 If one or more events are cancelled, abandoned, or otherwise do not take place, and are not replayed as replacement events or officially concluded in the relevant sense, the affected betting event(s) shall be settled at odds of 1.00. This rule shall also apply to tennis matches that end by walkover (W.O.) or by a player's retirement.

i. If all betting events are cancelled, interrupted, or for other reasons do not take place and are not rescheduled for remedial purposes or officially concluded, the betting agreement shall be terminated retroactively and the bet amount must be refunded. This rule shall also apply to tennis matches that end by walkover (W.O.) or by a player's retirement.

ii. If the Agreement is concluded after the start of one or more events, an odd of 1.00 shall apply to those events. If the betting agreement is concluded after all the relevant events have commenced, Article 1(ii) above shall apply mutatis mutandis.

iii. STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED shall not be liable for any loss, including any financial loss incurred by the Customer, arising from circumstances beyond STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED's control, including, without limitation, inadequate data connections and/or data that is not transmitted, is transmitted incompletely, or is corrupted in connection with the conclusion of the agreement.

15.1.6 If a customer suffers a loss above normal within a certain period, STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED reserves the right to take advisable measures in order to protect the betting customer.

15.1.7 Special Rules Regarding Live Bets

15.2 Live bets are designated as such in the betting offer by an additional notation (Live or Live Bet). These bets remain explicitly open for betting even after the event has started. In this type of bet, the odds change dynamically and are continuously adapted to the current course of play. The result taken as the basis for evaluating a live bet is the result known immediately after the relevant bet has ended. Subsequent changes (for example, "the green table" decisions) do not affect the evaluation of the live bet offered.

15.2.1 In football live bets, the provisions of the General Rules on Sports Betting also apply with regard to game assessment. Therefore, bets placed on a match that ends without an official conclusion are deemed null and void. An exception applies to specific bets that have already been settled before the point at which the match is interrupted (for example, a bet on the halftime score, in the event that the match is interrupted during the second half). These bets are evaluated according to the relevant result, irrespective of the subsequent course of the match.

15.2.2 In Formula 1 live bets, the General Rules on Sports Betting also apply regarding game evaluation. An exception applies to proposition bets that have already been determined before any abandonment of the event. For example, a bet on "Who will be leading after ten laps?" shall remain valid if the race is abandoned on lap 15.

15.2.3 If, due to an interruption or termination of the television broadcast identified for a live betting event, the outcome of a betting market (for example, "Who will win the third game?") cannot be conclusively determined, the directly affected bets shall be settled at odds of 1.00.

15.2.4 The following rule applies to all other sports: In all live bets, the General Rules on Sports Betting apply with regard to game evaluation. An exception applies to bets that have already been determined before the event is interrupted. These bets are evaluated as valid.

15.2.5 Special Rules Regarding Remaining Time Bets

15.3 A remaining time bet is a special type of live bet and is separately marked. In all bet types, equality (0:0) is assumed at every moment of the game. This means that only the points scored after the bet is placed are taken into account in the bet evaluation. In addition to this, additional special rules regarding live bets and General Rules regarding Sports Betting also apply.

15.3.1 In the event that a tennis match cannot be completed, all bets on this match are evaluated with odds of 1.00. This covers all types offered for the relevant event. The same rule applies if one of the players mentioned is changed before the match starts.

15.3.2 Set bets: In the event that the number of sets to be played changes, all bets on this bet type (set bets) are evaluated with odds of 1.00. Bets on the match result remains valid.

15.3.3 Tiebreak bets: In the event that the number of sets to be played changes, all bets on this bet type (tiebreak bets) are evaluated with odds of 1.00. Bets on the match result remains valid.

15.3.4 Tournament winner: Where a betting event takes place in accordance with these General Rules on Sports Betting, the betting agreement shall remain valid even if a participant or team does not take part in the event ("play or pay" principle). In such circumstances, any bet placed on the non-participating participant or team shall be deemed a losing bet.

15.3.5 Tennis bets remain valid in the following events:

15.3.6 Change of the game day and

i. Transition from "indoor" to "outdoor" or vice versa.

Special Rules Regarding Virtual Slot Games

16. A bet can only be placed by a registered player.

16.6 In the event of a mistake or malfunction in a game resulting in an incorrect payment, STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED reserves the right to subsequently make adjustments to payments and account balances. The player's right to claim back bet amounts lost due to mistakes or malfunctions remains reserved.

16.7 STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED reserves the right to refuse or apply restriction to the acceptance of bets without providing a reason.

16.8 The relevant player's game history can be accessed at any time via the website or through customer support.

16.9 In the event that STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED closes a player account, bets placed up to that date are considered valid; provided that there is no suspicion of fraudulent activity, STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED meets all claim and pays any earned income, if any. In such a case, STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED reserves the right to take legal action.

16.10 The player cannot abandon, interrupt, or withdraw a bet on a game that has already started. The player is aware that lost bet amounts cannot be claimed for a refund.

16.11 By way of participation to the game, the player confirms that they have read and understood these GTCs and the game rules for the games offered as stated on STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED's website.

16.12 Winnings are transferred to the player's account as soon as the result of the game is determined. STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED reserves the right to withhold winnings in the first instance if there is a suspicion of manipulation or other fraudulent activity regarding the game result. In the event that the suspicion of manipulation is confirmed, STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED reserves the right to subsequently refuse the bets placed and the winnings arising from them.

16.13 If STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED notices that a player is playing from multiple player accounts opened in a manner not compliant with these GTCs, all bets are considered null and void. STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED reserves the right to take required additional steps when deemed necessary.

16.14 In the event that bets incorrectly exceed the determined limits, the bet is accepted only to the extent of the permitted amount, and the remaining amount is refunded to the player.

16.15 Mistakes may occur in data transmission. In the event that a mistake occurs in data transmission after the start of a game round, the result of the game continues to be processed on the system, and upon re-establishment of the connection, the game result along with winnings and losses are displayed in the player account. In the event of a communication interruption, if participation in the game requires additional information from the player, the game is paused and continues from where it left off when the connection is re-established. In the event that a connection issue causes the player's information not to reach STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED's servers, the game round does not start, and the bet amount is not deducted from the player account.

16.16 STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED reserves the right to terminate a game at any time or to refuse bets on games without providing a reason and at its own discretion.

16.17 In the event that STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED deposits money into a player's account by mistake, the player is responsible for notifying STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED immediately and returning the amount deposited by mistake to STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED. STARLET ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED reserves the right to subsequent rectification of winnings and account balances.
