1. Introduction

In addition to Starlet Entertainment Limited's (hereinafter "Starlet") General Terms and Conditions, these Special Betting Rules will apply to any bets that are placed on Starlet's website 'LetsBet.de' (hereafter the "Website"). By placing a bet on the Website, customers are deemed to have read and accepted both the General Terms and Conditions as well as all terms of our Special Betting Rules.

2. Bet Placement and Betting Rules

  1. Starlet will be under no obligation related to betting preferences for any customer. Customers are responsible for placing their bets and if there are any possible mistakes during the placing of bets, only customers will be accountable. This includes mistakes regarding misplaced amounts for the bets.
  2. By placing a bet, customers confirm that they have no official or unofficial, direct or indirect information about the outcome of the events. In cases of such suspicious activities or violation of this rule, Starlet reserves the right to void or cancel any bets and decline to pay out any winnings. Starlet also reserves the right to contact relevant authorities and to take legal action to protect its interest and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  3. Starlet holds the right to accept or decline bets without providing any reason.
  4. The minimum stake per bet on the Website is €0.20.
  5. If a selection is declared invalid or void by Starlet, it will be settled at odds of 1.00. In the case of combo or system bets, the bet remains valid and the total odds will be adjusted accordingly. For single bets, the full stake will be refunded to the customer.
  6. In the event of an account closure, whether by Starlet or by the customer, all accepted bets placed before the closure will remain valid, and any resulting winnings will be paid out. The only exception to this rule applies in cases of suspected fraudulent activity. In such instances, Starlet reserves the right to report the matter to the relevant authorities and to take legal action against the customer as required.
  7. If incorrect information is available for an event on which bets have been placed, Starlet reserves the right to void the relevant bets.
  8. Winnings will be paid to customers after the final result of the respective event or market has been officially confirmed. Unless stated otherwise, subsequent changes (e.g. due to doping violations or suspensions) to the final results will not be taken under consideration. However, Starlet reserves the right to withhold payments in cases of suspected criminal activity related to the event or market. If such suspicions are confirmed by the authorities, Starlet reserves the right to cancel or void any affected bets.
  9. Starlet has the right to cancel or void any bets, if there are obvious pricing errors and customers have placed their bets at the wrong pricing. Starlet also has the right the cancel or void any bets, if the event venue has been changed after the odds become public.
  10. If a significant incident occurs during a sports event (e.g. a penalty in football, a player disqualification in basketball, or a crash in Formula 1), the odds may not be updated in time. Live bets placed during such moments may give the customer an unfair advantage. Starlet reserves the right to void such bets if there is reasonable suspicion (e.g. betting against a team after a player has been sent off, before the odds were adjusted).
  11. The maximum winnings per customer are limited to €100,000 per calendar week (Monday 00:00 – Sunday 23:59 CET). Any winnings exceeding this limit will not be paid out. Starlet has the right to reduce or raise the mentioned limits on any sport or event at any time.
  12. If Starlet detects that a customer has placed multiple bets using different accounts, the aforementioned maximum winnings limit will be enforced as a combined limit across all related accounts. Starlet reserves the right to restrict these accounts and cancel their bets. In such cases, stakes will be refunded, but any winnings will be forfeited.
  13. If the potential winnings from a bet exceed the maximum winnings limit declared by Starlet, the stake will be adjusted to match the permitted payout, and the excess stake will be refunded to the customer.
  14. Customers may not place bets on events in which they are personally involved (e.g. as a participant, referee or official). In case of suspicion, Starlet reserves the right to void the bets and inform the relevant authorities.
  15. If Starlet detects that multiple customers have placed identical or nearly identical bets within a short time frame, it reserves the right to void these bets — even after the outcomes have been determined.

3. Confirmation of Bets

  1. A bet is considered valid only once it has been registered and confirmed by Starlet's system. Once accepted, a bet may not be changed, cancelled, or withdrawn, unless explicitly permitted under these rules.
  2. For pre-match bets, the bet slip may be cancelled within five minutes of placement, provided the event has not yet started. No cancellations are permitted after the official start time.

4. Starlet's Rights Regarding Bets

  1. Starlet retains the right to reject, void, or suspend any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving technical errors, misuse, fraud, or manipulation of betting outcomes. Starlet may also restrict participation in specific bets or markets at any time and without prior notice.
  2. Starlet reserves the right to suspend odds during an event due to transmission failures, other technical issues or suspected fraud.
  3. Starlet reserves the right to void bets retrospectively if a customer's win resulted from a technical error, including errors in transmission.

      1. Matches rescheduled in advance to accommodate TV broadcasting or reduce fixture congestion will not be considered postponed.

    5. Settlement Rules
      1. If live coverage is abandoned but the match finishes regularly, all markets will be settled based on the official result.
      2. In cases of abandonment, markets whose outcomes are not determined will be considered void, while fully determined markets will be settled.
      3. If incorrect match times, scores, or odds are displayed for any event on the LetsBet website, mobile applications, or other LetsBet products, Starlet reserves the right to cancel any related bets.

If a race is postponed or delayed only by a few minutes or hours but still takes place on the same day, all markets will stand and be settled accordingly.
      5. If more than one competitor wins the race, there will be Dead Heat settlement. The number of competitors who finish first will determine the Dead Heat factor (e.g., if 3 competitors finish first with the exact same time, the dead heat factor will be 0.33).
      6. If a competitor does not participate in the race at all (no start), all bets on this competitor will be void.
      7. In races with 2 runs, Winner and Top 3 markets will always be void if the 1st run takes place but the 2nd run gets cancelled.
      8. Bets on "Others" competitor will never be refunded unless the entire market gets void.

      5. In races with 2 runs, if both competitors finish the 1st run but do not qualify for the 2nd run, the competitor who finishes further ahead will be declared the winner of the market, even if the 2nd run gets cancelled.
      6. In races with 2 runs, markets that are decided during or after the 1st run will be settled accordingly even if the 1st run is not completed or the 2nd run gets cancelled.
      7. In races with 2 runs, if both competitors qualify for the 2nd run but do not participate in the 2nd run, markets will be void. If one of them participates in the 2nd run, he or she will be declared the winner of the market.
    3. Top 3 market
      1. If there are more than 3 competitors in the first 3 places, dead heat settlement will be applied between the competitors on the last of the Top 3 ranks. For example, if there is one winner, one second place, and two with the same time in third place, the winner and the 2nd place finisher will be settled as winners, and the other two will be settled with a dead heat factor of 0.5.
