4. Select the reason closest to your situation from the dropdown menu on the side.

5. Click the “Continue” button to complete the process.

At the end of the selected period, your account will be automatically reactivated.

Important information about temporary account closure:

• If there is a balance in your account, it will be automatically refunded to your last used payment method within 5 business days after closure.

• If you log in and reactivate your account within 3 days after closure, your balance will remain in your account.

• Any unsettled bets will remain valid.

• If you have an active bonus balance, it will remain in your account until it expires.

• If an unverified account is closed, the remaining balance cannot be withdrawn. It is therefore recommended to complete the verification process.

You can also reactivate your account earlier by logging in before the selected period ends. After logging in, you will see a message asking whether you want to reactivate your account. This allows you to reopen your account before the selected period expires.

Permanent Account Closure is an option you can choose when you want to close your LetsBet account for an indefinite period.

You can complete the permanent closure process by following these steps:
