You can access your bet slips very easily

• On desktop, click “My Bets” at the top of the page
• On mobile, tap “My Bets” at the top or open your profile menu and select “My Bets”

There you’ll find the following tabs:

• Open – active bets
• Settled – already settled bets
• All – all your bets
• Saved – bets that haven’t been placed yet

Experiencing an error message while placing a bet slip can happen for several reasons.
The categories below cover the most common situations players encounter:

1. Connection Issues
2. Insufficient Balance
3. Invalid or No Longer Available Selections
4. System Overload or Temporary Technical Issues
5. Limit Exceeded (Daily / Monthly / Match Limits)
6. Odds Update Conflict

Please check the respective cause and adjust your bet slip accordingly to successfully place the bet.

You can view your bet slips in two different ways:

1. Through Your Profile

After logging into your account, go to the Profile section.
Click on the My Bets tab to view all your bet slips.


2. Through the “My Bets” Button on the Homepage

Click the My Bets button located at the top of the homepage.
In the window that opens, the All tab allows you to see your entire bet history in one place.


From these sections, you can easily track all your bet slips — pending, settled, saved, and past bets.

To receive your winnings, all events included in your bet slip must be settled. Once all events or markets have been completed, your winnings will be automatically credited to your balance. Winnings are paid based on the final and official result of the relevant event or market. Unless otherwise stated, any subsequent changes to the final result (e.g., doping violations, disqualifications, bans, etc.) will not be taken into account.

Saving a bet slip allows you to store the slip you have prepared without placing it immediately.
You can return to it later, continue editing it, place it whenever you want, or simply use it to track the selections inside.
This feature is especially useful when you want to:

follow frequently played matches,
analyse upcoming games,
or wait for the right moment to place your bet.

With the saved slip, you always have easy access to the selections you plan to play.
