In some cases, deposit transactions may fail. This can be related to payment details, account status, or bank checks.
The most common issues you may encounter during a deposit are:
• Insufficient funds: The amount you want to deposit may not be available in your payment account.
• Incorrect payment details: Card or account information may have been entered incorrectly.
• Payment method issue: The payment method you are using may be unavailable or not supported.
• Exceeded limits: The defined transaction limits may have been exceeded.
• Bank rejection: Your bank may have declined the transaction due to security checks.
• Currency mismatch: A currency other than Euro may have been used during the transaction.
• Account information mismatch: The name on your LetsBet account may not match the details registered with the payment method.
In addition, deposits may not be completed in the following situations:
• If your account is closed or blocked, you cannot make a deposit.
• If the user information on the payment method you use does not match the account details registered in the system, the transaction may be rejected.
• For credit card transactions, the card you use must be registered to your account. If you want to use a new card, you may be directed to the card verification process.
• You must have set your LUGAS limit before making a deposit. If the limit has not been set, the transaction may not go through.
• For credit card transactions of €200 and above, 3D Secure verification is mandatory. If the verification is not completed, the transaction may be rejected.
Users whose accounts have not yet been verified can complete a maximum of 4 transactions of up to €25 each via credit card or e-wallet. Withdrawals cannot be made until the account is verified.
