On the My Account → My Bonuses → Available Bonuses page, you can view the bonuses that have been assigned to your account but have not yet been used.

This section shows the bonus name, amount, wagering requirement, expiry date and any additional campaign conditions, if applicable. Before joining a campaign, we recommend reading the rules and terms of use of the relevant offer carefully.

When you start using a bonus or when the bonus becomes active, the relevant offer is moved from the Available Bonuses page to the Active Bonuses page.

When the bonus usage period ends or the bonus loses its validity, it is moved to the Expired Bonuses page.

There may be several reasons why you do not see a personalised offer in the “My Bonuses” section:

• You may not meet the participation requirements for the current campaigns.
• Campaigns may be available only to certain user groups.
• Campaigns you previously joined may have expired.
• You may have an active bonus or another conflicting campaign in your account.

New campaigns and offers are updated regularly. For this reason, you can check the “Available Bonuses” page from time to time.
