Cancellation is only available when certain conditions are met.

When can a bet slip be cancelled?

You can cancel your slip if:

It is within the first 5 minutes after placing the bet, and

None of the events on the slip have started yet.

Which bet slips cannot be cancelled?

Cancellation is not allowed for:

Bet slips that include live bets,

Bet slips created after a match has started,

Bet slips containing any event that has already started or is in progress.

How do I cancel my bet slip?

Go to the My Bets section,

Open the Pending tab,

Click the “Bet Cancellation” button under the slip you want to remove.

Important Information

Once the 5‑minute window has passed, or once any match on the slip has started, the system will not allow cancellation.

This rule ensures both fair play and secure transaction processing.
