MY LIMITS

User limits at LetsBet are structured into two main categories: LUGAS Limit and LetsBet Limits.

LUGAS Limit:
This refers to the monthly deposit limit that applies across all licensed operators in Germany under legal regulations. This limit is managed by the central LUGAS system and applies jointly across all licensed operators.

LetsBet Limits:
These optional limits apply only to your LetsBet account. You can set the following limits on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis:

• Deposit Limit
• Stake Limit
• Loss Limit

To change your limits, go to My Account → Limits and Account Closure → Limits.

The following rules apply to limit changes:
• Limit reductions take effect immediately.
• Limit increases take effect after 7 days due to legal requirements.
You can view and change your deposit limits via My Account → Limits and Account Closure → Limits.

In this section, you can set your daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits under LetsBet limits. You can also adjust your monthly deposit limit under the LUGAS Limit, which applies across all licensed operators.

The following rules apply to limit changes:
• Limit reductions take effect immediately.
• Limit increases take effect after 7 days due to legal requirements.
You can view and change the LUGAS Limit that you defined during registration under My Account → Limits and Account Closure → Limits → LUGAS Limit.

The LUGAS limit refers to the monthly deposit limit that applies across all licensed operators in Germany under legal regulations. This limit applies to both Sportsbook and Slots.

The following rules apply to limit changes:
• Limit reductions take effect immediately.
• Limit increases take effect after 7 days due to legal requirements.

The LUGAS deposit limit resets at the beginning of each month. If you reach your set limit, you will only be able to participate in betting and gaming again at the start of the following month.
The Loss Limit automatically prevents you from placing further bets once your losses exceed the amount you have set on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.

Once you reach your defined Loss Limit, you will not be able to place bets until the end of the relevant period. When the daily, weekly, or monthly period ends, your Loss Limit is reset.

Any winnings are also reflected positively in your Loss Limit. This means that when you win, your available Loss Limit may increase again.

The following rules apply to limit changes:
• Limit reductions take effect immediately.
• Limit increases take effect after 7 days due to legal requirements.
Even if you have not reached your monthly deposit limit, deposit transactions may still be temporarily restricted for other reasons.

The most common reasons are as follows:

• The cross-operator Deposit Limit (LUGAS Limit) may have been reached. This limit is applied jointly across all licensed operators in Germany.
• Your daily or weekly deposit limit for your LetsBet account may have been reached.
• A temporary deposit restriction may have been applied to your account as part of risk managament and security checks.

You can check your limit information and current status under My Account → Limits and Account Closure.

If you need further assistance, feel free to contact our Customer Service team.
The Stake Limit lets you define the maximum amount you can use at LetsBet on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
Your monthly Stake Limit cannot exceed your LUGAS limit.

You can set different Stake Limits separately under My Account → Limits & Account Closure → Limits → LetsBet Limits:

• Daily Stake Limit
• Weekly Stake Limit
• Monthly Stake Limit

Once you reach your defined Stake Limit, you cannot place any further bets until the end of the relevant period. When the daily, weekly, or monthly period ends, your Stake Limit is reset.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

This legal requirement is intended to support responsible gambling and help users manage their finances better.

FINANCIAL REVIEW

As part of legal requirements, a financial status review is carried out in certain cases. This review is performed for high-value limit increase requests or when total monthly deposits exceed 10,000 Euro. The financial status review is applied in line with player protection principles.

When the financial review process starts, you will be notified by LetsBet via E-mail. You need to send the documents requested in this E-mail completely and correctly. The process is completed after your documents have been reviewed.

• If the documents are not sent as requested, your limit request will not be approved.
• You can continue to use your current limit while the process is ongoing.
• You cannot submit a new request to change your LUGAS limit while the financial review is ongoing.
• You can cancel the ongoing review from My Account → Limits and Account Closure → LUGAS Limit.
